I wanted to get and electric care for over a year and for my birthday in June of 2013 I bought one! It is a Ford C-Max Energi and I am getting 40 mpg. It has one recall and if I could driver only electric every day if I lived closer to work. It really has not made a difference in our electric bill. Christmas was more of a drain!
